So Christmas has come and gone, and we are fast approaching the new year.
We have been so blessed this year by good friends and family.
Luke was born healthy, and is quickly growing into a little boy, Doug is doing well in school, we have a cozy home, and lots of love to share.
We are so grateful for so many loved ones who watch out for us and keep us in their prayers every day.
Christmas was wonderful!!
Santa counted Luke with the good boys and girls this year. He awoke Christmas Eve Eve with soot on his nose!
Christmas Eve, we had a very nice traditional Wigilia dinner hosted by our good friends Elton and Monika.
Christmas morning Doug and I were very excited about our first Christmas with Luke and actually woke him up early to open presents!!
We had a very quiet morning together at home, then late Christmas morning we drove to Nanna and Grandpa's house to spend the day.
One of Luke's favorite gifts this year was the toothbrush from my stocking...he didn't part with it all day.
Victory also had a good Christmas. She got lots of treats, play time with family, and the once (sometimes twice) a year squeak toy...which, as usual, she destroyed in 1.5 seconds!! She absolutely loves them, and thinks getting the squeaker out of the toy is a game!! I am still picking up fluff/stuffing from around the house.
We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas as well. We missed many of you, and hope to see you soon.

Glad you had such a fun Christmas. I agree, Luke does look just like his daddy, and that's the way it should be.
